IMPORTANT - PLEASE ADD YOUR FLAT NUMBER / HOUSE NUMBER TO THE DELIVERY INFORMATION.  IF YOU HAVE A SAFE PLACE OR SIMILAR WHERE THE DELIVERY DRIVER CAN LEAVE THE PARCEL PLEASE LET US KNOW. 

 

UK Delivery

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £30

Standard Delivery £3.95

We aim to process & dispatch within 2 - 4 working days, exceptions include weekends, Christmas & Easter and  bank holidays. We ship with the Post Office . You should receive your order within 2 -3  working days from dispatch. Please note orders placed on Friday after 12 will be dispatched on Monday.

Amazon Shipping Partner

We may ship your order from our Amazon warehouse if we are out of stock in our main warehouse. We will let you know when to expect delivery.

 

International Delivery

We now delivery to the EU and Worldwide.

For EU countries, delivery takes up to 5 working days and costs €12.95 / £10

USA Delivery takes up to 7 working days and costs $12.75 / £10. 

Delivery to Canada takes up to 7 working days and costs CA$17.50 / £10.

Delivery to Australia takes up to 7 working days and costs AU$19.25 / £10.

Delivery to New Zealand takes up to 7 working days and costs NZ$20.75 / £10.

Customs Charges, Fees & Delays

Please note, whilst we do not anticipate there being any fees, any charges or customs duties made on importing products to your country are your responsibility and will not be paid by us. Also any delays to your delivery caused by customs offices are beyond our control and we are not liable for any costs or goodwill gestures if delays should occur.  

 

U.K Returns & Refunds

 Should you wish to return any items from an order, you must inform us within 14 days upon receipt of your order. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if possible. 

 Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item , please contact us immediately and we will send you a free return label and exchange.

Please note that for  hygiene and safety reasons we only refund briefs if they are unused.

 

Returning An Item 

 Royal Mail Free Tracked Return

Please click the link above to generate your free Royal Mail tracked return label.  
To create the return label, you'll need your order number. This can be found on your delivery note that came with the order and on the order confirmation email. If you ordered over the phone and need further assistance, please ring Customer Services on 01275 651651. We are here to help Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm  and Friday 8am-3pm.

 Please include your name, address and order number within the return parcel to help speed up the return process.

Returning an item

 
I've used your returns portal, but can't print my tracked returns label, what can I do?

If  you've created the tracked returns label but can't print it, the Post Office can help. Simply take the QR code on your mobile to your Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP), or Post Office® branch. They’ll scan the QR code and print the label, which you can then fix to your parcel and drop off while you’re there.

Find the nearest Customer Service Point or Post Office® branch that will Print your prepaid labels by visiting Services Near You and clicking on the Delivery/Post Offices tab.

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 days. 


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

 Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservices@marlonlingerie.co.uk

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the order was sent incorrectly.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservices@marlonlingerie.co.uk
