Free Standard Delivery on orders over £30

We aim to process & dispatch within 2 - 4 working days, exceptions include weekends, Christmas & Easter and  bank holidays.We ship with DPD next day delivery.  You should receive your order within 2 working days from dispatch. Please note orders placed on Friday may be dispatched on Monday.

 

International Delivery

Unfortunately we're unable to offer delivery outside the UK at this time.

 

Returns & Refunds

Free returns / exchanges on all bras to help you get the right fit, multiple returns not accepted.

Should you wish to return any items from an order, you must inform us within 14 days upon receipt of your order. Until the item arrives back with us at our warehouse you are responsible for the item and the return must be sent back to us at your cost. You then have a further 14 days to return your order to us.

 

Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will return and exchange .


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please note that for  hygiene and safety reasons we only refund briefs if they are unused.

Returning An Item 

To return your product, you should post your item back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are returning  items with value over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, please include your name, address and order number if you no longer have the despatch note from the original parcel .
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. 


 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective , damaged or incorrect item sent to you . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservices@marlonlingerie.co.uk
