We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days of receipt and our standard delivery service will usually deliver your order 2 days after dispatch. We recommend you wait up to 5 working days after placing your order. If your order is still to arrive after this, then please contact us.

Once you have notified us (within 14 days) that you wish to return an item you must return it to us promptly at your own cost. Until the item arrives back with us, you are responsible for the item. Therefore we recommend you use a tracked delivery service with proof of postage.
